FULLY ALIVE!

JESUS CHRIST is risen from the dead, and you have been risen with Him. 

Happy Easter, everyone! We were doing a Silent Retreat at home for all of Holy Week which is why there were no updates during that time. Silent retreat? Yep! It means that instead of talking to each other, we spent extra time in prayer, talking to God and listening to Him. We'll tell you more about it soon, but for now, I'll just say that, personally, for me (Amber) this past week was one of the most powerful weeks of my life! God overwhelmingly exceeded every expectation that I had. 

FUN FACT:

Easter is the longest day of the year. 

We actually celebrate it for 8 days straight --- each of those days as if it were Easter Sunday itself! And then, we have 50 days of the Easter Season. 

We need time to process the weight of what just happened. Jesus' resurrection means our resurrection. It's not just some cool story. It's personal. If death is no match for Jesus, then neither is anything else that we may be going through. Jesus sees you. He notices you. He knows where you are in darkness, where you feel dead or alone. And He wants to bring you to life. Ask Him to do it! That's what He came for. 

"Awake, O sleeper, arise from the dead, and Christ will give you life." Ephesians 5:14
